COUNTER HELP NEEDED

Got a passion for cookies and a smile that lights up a room? We've built our name on friendly customer service serving up our gigantic cookies & sweet treats, and we're looking for our newest counter crew member to help us keep that going.

This is not a seasonal role — we're looking for the right person to become part of our small, dedicated team for the long haul. As Half Baked continues to grow, we want someone who can grow right along with us.

Schedule:

To start: Saturdays, 9:30 am–1 pm
Within a month your schedule will expand to include alternating Fridays 4:45 pm–9:15 pm and Sundays 8:30 am-1:15 pm

What you'll do:

Greet and assist customers at the counter
Take and process orders, handle payments
Package baked goods and maintain display cases
Keep the counter and front area clean and organized
Answer questions about our products

What we're looking for:

Must be 18 or older (keyholder responsibilities)
A genuinely warm, people-first attitude
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working independently
Prior retail or food service experience a plus, but not required
Must be available for the listed hours
